The Family Navigator Service work alongside families assisting them to find and access appropriate services to meet their needs. They help families to navigate the maze of services and support available. The service provides short focused work for 6-8 weeks.
To qualify for support from the Mind in Croydon Family Navigator, families must be facing mental health issues and their eldest child must be aged between 5 to 10 years.
They support families with:
- Information to make independent choices that are good for them
- Accessing local support services.
- Supporting people to build confidence and positive relationships.
They are able to meet with people at an appropriate place within the borough.
Mon – Tues 9am – 4pm – By appointment only
By self referral or referral via the Croydon Information and Support Service (CRISS).
