A FREE 3 week course to teach coping strategies on how to deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life.
Life Skills: Time management, decision making, problem solving, goal planning.
Stress Management and Relaxation: Identify the causes and sources of stress. Relaxation and visualisation techniques.
Effective Communication:
Verbal and non-verbal
Assertiveness:
Understand the difference between assertive, submissive and aggressive behaviour
How to deal with criticism and praise:
Say "No" without offering excesses
Anger Management:
Identify what makes you angry, frustrated and irritable, learn new coping strategies
Learn how to develop, confidence and self-esteem.
