Go to your nearest A&E
Go to your nearest hospital with an Accident and Emergency (A&E)
Department. In some hospitals, this will be called the Emergency Department.
There are qualified staff on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
who will be able to assess you and give you the appropriate help
Contact mental health services
If you are already receiving support from mental health services you
should have a care plan. This will include details of who you should
contact in a crisis
If you can't find your care plan, contact your our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) during the day, 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday. Ask for your care coordinator or the person on duty. Outside of these times, you can contact your local Home Treatment Team - 020 3228 0356 or telephone our information line 0800 731 2864.
