Currently Hear Us, Linkwork on the acute wards at the Bethlem Royal Hospital and at Croydon’s Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT). We either hold meetings or run questionnaires with service users to find out what service users views are about the services they use. We communicate these findings with the key managers of these services with the aim to help improve access, quality and the experience of and for those that currently use these services and for those that will need these services in the future.

We will be expanding our Linkworking Project to other services across the borough including services provided by the voluntary/charity sector and again this will take time. So we have created this page which enables you to give your views, concerns and your experiences of using Croydon’s Voluntary Mental Health Services and will help us at many of the meeting Hear Us staff convey your voice when we have meetings with the managers of those services.
