Us and the Croydon User
Council hold meetings
that you can attend
for free. We invite
professionals from Croydon’s
services to exchange
views, concerns and
issues about the services
and the developments
of the services.
CROYDON USER COUNCIL MEETINGS (CUC)
Why should you come along………?
To make positive changes
in our own lives as Service Users, we need
to speak out and have our opinions, ideas
and concerns heard. So come along and join
other Service Users and together we CAN
make a difference
Have your say about:
- the issues that affect you
- changes that are happening in your
mental health services
- future ‘Guest Speakers’
- any grievances you have about the Mental
Health System
- ideas for ‘change’
Get involved in:
- the design and launch of new projects
for Service Users
- discussions with fellow Service Users
on a range of topics that affect us all,
daycare, benefits, housing etc
- voicing your opinions to our ‘Guest
Speakers’ and asking questions
Meetings and events
are published in our
newsletter, website
and posters will be
posted at resource centers,
and drop-ins around
the borough about each
one a couple of weeks
in advance of them taking
place.
